Fallen in love with this company after coming across them on Instagram. Beautiful products and beautifully wrapped when received. Amazing Customer Service who go over and beyond to deal with your query. So glad I've become a customer, definitely my go to for gifts. Staff are awesome.

I am really happy with my recent purchase from Estella Bartlett. I bought a gift for a friend but forgot to add a gift message. I contacted the customer service team and they quickly added the gift message to my order. Will definitely be buying from them again!

Contacted customer service on the 20th of August after a pair of gold plated earrings, which were bought for Christmas 2021, tarnished and rusted. I asked for these to be replaced under their 1 year warranty but have had no reply to my enquiry.

Lovely Company and Gorgeous Gifts
I ordered a few gifts as a little something for teachers leaving presents, they arrived quickly and beautifully packaged. The products are really lovely and well very well received. I did have a little problem with a faulty necklace so had to contact customer services. They were all incredibly helpful and arranged a credit note to cover the cost of a new necklace with no hassle whatsoever. I will 100% be using this company again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Really pleased with all jewellery from Estella Bartlett. The pieces last well and all of the earrings are really comfy and look great - will keep buying from here. The jewellery makes a really well priced gift as well.

They do not acknowledge emails or messages, and you are told to just email if you try reaching out on instagram, with no actual customer service team assisting. I've been waiting since the end of January for a refund. They sent a confirmation that they received it and are now happily holding onto my over £30.

update: finally got my refund after emailing multiple times and contacting their instagram twice, and opening a dispute on paypal.

I ordered 2 bracelets from them but when they arrived, the quality was not good considering they weren’t cheap. I returned them and was told I would be issued a refund within 14 days. I waited 18 days without a refund and emailed them letting them know. I received an email back saying they’d refund me straight away and still didn’t receive one. absolutely horrendous, would not recommend to anyone.

I ordered an Advent calendar (not cheap at £105) on the afternoon of Friday 26/11/2021, expecting to receive it by Wednesday 1st; however no such luck.

Having both emailed and the phoned the support line, I was advised that deliveries take 3-5 working days, so I'd need to email over the weekend of 4th/5th December if I hadn't received it by then.

I received an email only confirming dispatch late in the afternoon on Friday 3rd, so still a potential 3-5 days before delivery (service is RM Tracked 48).

As Advent started 1st December, I won't be using Estella Barlett again, for obvious reasons...

Avoid.

Customer service?

Cute but too expensive for a "brass" metal. Not for everyday wear.

Ordered some earrings, paid next day delivery. No item, I have emailed them, no answer, I have called them, phone just rings and contact them via social media, I haven't heard back. I think is not active website. Even though their social media gets updated. Thank God I got refunded straight away via PayPal.
